There is a metro station really close so commuting is simple for work or for meeting friends a bit further out. Downtown Dubai itself feels alive with new coffee shops popping up now and then and all sorts of restaurants from quick eats to fancy ones for special nights.

What I noticed also is how Standpoint Towers keep things a bit quieter compared to some other parts of Downtown. It is busy when you want it to be but you have your moments of peace which is actually rare sometimes. There is plenty of greenery and the paths are great for a late walk. Plus the security and staff in the building always say hello which just adds to that everyday comfort.

You picture mornings with the city waking up outside then maybe winding down after a day with a view of the fountains lighting up.
