It is tucked away from the main road and you can feel it as soon as you arrive. It is peaceful. The only sounds are usually kids playing on the park side or maybe someone out for a quick jog along the track.

Honestly the layout makes daily life feel smooth. Golden Mile Galleria is just opposite as well. Sometimes I see people grabbing coffee on their way home or heading out for dinner and it just feels easy living here. Every daily need is sorted and you almost do not have to plan too far ahead or drive around hunting for parking. There is also good schooling and healthcare nearby which honestly makes life much less stressful if you have family or just want some peace of mind.

It is actually a mid floor apartment too so you get that sweet spot. A nice view without being too high off the ground and close enough to nip down to the park or beach in a few steps. The whole place is around one thousand five hundred seventy nine square feet which gives you enough space to spread out but not so much that you feel lost. The view looks out over the community both green space and city.
