You get little moments like that which are hard to describe unless you see it yourself.

Spaces in the villa just feel right for living and using every day. Out on the terraces you might have breakfast or just listen to the world waking up. The master bedroom is double height and gives off an airy calm. Mornings feel easy here. There is a lovely guest suite that looks out onto more garden and honestly I think your guests might never want to leave. Up a ladder you find the office which truly is like a treehouse. If you work from home or just want to dream for a while this spot is a favourite of anybody who sees it.

Unfurnished means you get to make it your own. Bring your things and memories. Shape those corners and spaces however you like. The villa is set on a big plot so you always feel there is breathing room around you. Kids could chase each other along the paths or just play explorer for the day. And even with all the green there are good roads and the city is easy enough when you need a night out or a real cup of coffee. Neighbours are friendly. Sometimes in the evening you just hear soft music drifting through the garden.

It might sound like a lot but really the feeling is simple. You settle in quickly. You stop looking at your phone all the time. Miami Beach has plenty of houses but not many that feel this woven into nature. Ponce Davis is a special community and this villa is a good example of why people love it here.
