About this property

Some homes just sort of feel like the days might slow down a little. This four bedroom townhouse in Mira Oasis really did that for me. Walk inside and there's this easy openness that sort of encourages you to drop your bags and take a breath. The whole downstairs opens up ahead of you, and somehow the light falls just right across the living and dining area. You see the garden out back right away and it sort of draws your eye the whole time you're talking or just hanging out with the family.

The living space honestly feels like somewhere you'd actually spend most evenings. Not too precious—just set up for gatherings or even those quieter days when everyone's around but doing their own thing. The kitchen is open but not exposed if that makes sense. I always like kitchens where you can cook and still keep an eye on what's going on in the living room, like when you're making a late breakfast and someone else is easing into the morning on the couch. There's plenty of space for the basics and even those little extras you tend to accumulate as time goes on. Even if you're the kind who loves a Sunday roast or just warming up leftovers, the kitchen is friendly and practical.

Upstairs you have all four bedrooms, each with windows you might want to open just to feel the quiet. The main bedroom feels surprisingly private, even when there's some activity in the house. It has its own bathroom, and I noticed the walk-in closet is bigger than most. It really could just be that corner of the home where you keep things simple and unwind, maybe even with your phone off for a bit. The other bedrooms are a good size—easy to imagine them as kids' rooms or maybe one as a home office if you work from home sometimes. The way they're arranged here, you don't feel on top of each other but still close enough for comfort.

I stepped out into the garden and just stood for a bit. You get a bit of that fresh, green feeling that's sometimes hard to find in Dubai. It's not massive but honestly, it just feels easy—enough space for some chairs, maybe a table. Kids can play here in the late afternoons, or you can imagine a barbecue running while everyone's talking nearby. Some days you spot others out in their gardens too, just living life.

Mira Oasis feels like a family community before anything else. On my way in, I passed a few cyclists and lots of parents walking with their kids. The community here is pretty active—there's a swimming pool that's never far away. You might see neighbors taking a dip or catching up around the edges. The sports courts fill up in the evenings and sometimes you just hear the sound of tennis or football drifting. There are small playgrounds scattered through the area that kids actually use after school, and whenever I'm around the cycling tracks, there's usually someone getting their miles in.

Location wise, you're tucked away just enough to feel out of the rush but close to everything when you need it. The big roads are nearby which means school runs are straightforward, and you can get to shopping centers quickly for those late night grocery runs. There are always options when it comes to food or coffee, and you'll notice plenty of families living here for the long term. Medical centers and schools are easy to access too, which just makes the whole living here part feel relaxed.

Honestly, it's just nice to be in a townhouse where everything fits together for people who actually live day to day, not just visit. You'll see what I mean when you're standing in the garden or looking out from the upstairs windows. The only way to know if it feels right is to come see it. If there's anything you want to ask or if you just want a walk through, reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com, we try to make your next move feel as comfortable as possible.
