Sometimes I see neighbours bringing a book to read by the pool or heading over to the local cafes where you almost always bump into someone you know. There are restaurants just down the promenade and plenty of cafes if you just want a quick bite or a decent coffee. I like how it never feels too busy but you are never short on choices, especially for evenings with friends or casual meetups. Plus with Dubai Marina just close by and easy road links, you can get pretty much anywhere in the city without any fuss. If you are thinking about investment, honestly places in Dubai Harbour especially these newer Emaar Beachfront apartments seem to hold their value pretty well. Bayview is only getting more attention as people look for easy access to both the water and central Dubai. But standing in the apartment, you really do forget all that.
