The building keeps things comfortable with central air conditioning so you will not worry about summer. There is dedicated parking which is honestly so rare downtown it sometimes feels like a treat. When you are in Bellevue Towers you get all the resident perks you would expect. A swimming pool that is actually long enough for laps not just quick dips and a fitness center that gets morning and evening sun through the windows. Even a safe play spot for kids so the little ones can burn energy close to home. The staff are always around to help out but they keep things laidback. Living here means Downtown Dubai is really just at your doorstep. The coffee shops are always busy and you are able to stroll out for dinner along the boulevard whenever you want. Dubai Mall is a quick walk and sometimes just a calm afternoon can be grabbing a bite there and looping back with groceries. Some days the fountains are going and you actually hear the music floating over if the balcony door is open. The real feel only comes when you actually walk in.
