Sometimes you see kids biking or families walking by the water in the evenings. Indian Creek Golf Course is right out across the bay so if you love golf or just a good view you're set. There is also this genuine feeling of privacy even though everything you need is never far and you do not have to go into the thick of the city just to get something good to eat or find a coffee shop.
