Sunlight just poured in everywhere and I could not help but step out onto the terrace before anything else. Some days you will see families walking to the beach or people just riding golf carts around. The residence beach right in front is quiet. You might even get it all to yourself most mornings. The island itself feels private but you are never far from good coffee or an evening out in Miami. I have spotted kids biking as the sun goes down and sometimes it feels like everything slows down a little compared to the city.

A big wraparound terrace is one of the best things about this home. You can have breakfast outside or just stretch out with a book and listen to the ocean.
