If you want to just soak in the view, you can head up to the sky lounge on the 123rd floor and honestly there probably is not a better view in the city. Sometimes you see people reading there with a coffee. Residents also get discounted access to the Armani Hotel and the Burj Club. The little perks add up and you start to feel part of a proper community.

The location is smack in the middle of Downtown Dubai which just means everything is easy. The Dubai Mall is right there if you need to grab something quick and there are always new coffee shops to try out. Sometimes in the evenings you see families just strolling or kids biking around the area so it feels alive even at night.
