Sobha Creek Vista at Sobha Hartland
Sobha Limited, the developers behind the immense Sobha Hartland residential project, have announced the forthcoming launch of a gleaming new apartment tower – Sobha Creek Vista. The mid-rise tower will be situated alongside the Dubai Water Canal and will, as its name suggests, offer beautiful vistas of the waterfront.
Sobha Creek Vista will stand 29 storeys high, in keeping with the overall lower profile of the residential buildings in the area. However, unlike most of the offerings at Sobha Hartland that are geared primarily towards families, this new development seems to have an eye toward the single professionals of the city. Offering a range of one and two-bedroom apartments in sizes ranging from approximately 500 square foot to almost 950 square foot, Sobha Creek Vista provides living spaces that are comfortable and ideally suited for a more millennial crowd. Each apartment has a well-designed interior complemented by plentiful exterior spaces that help to maximize the views of the surrounding area. The layout is such that the balconies can be accessed from all of the principal living areas, creating a harmonious flow of indoor and outdoor living. Full-height windows and sliding glass doors will frame the exteriors of the apartments, filling them with light and ensuring that you can enjoy gorgeous panoramas no matter which room you’re in. The development will also be home to several excellent on-site amenities, including a pool, fitness center, landscaped outdoor areas, and card-controlled access.
What makes this development truly special, however, is the location. Dubai does have several developments in the pipeline that offer a similar sort of living space, but Sobha Hartland is perhaps one of the only full-fledged communities located right alongside the Dubai Water Canal. Spanning an impressive 8 million square feet, the community is divided into luxury villas, elegant townhouses and contemporary apartment buildings. Approximately a quarter of the surface area is devoted to greenery and parklands, offering a living environment that brings natural beauty into every home. The first phase of villas at Sobha Hartland have been handing over since the start of the year, and the rest of the community will start falling into place over the next couple of years.
Every convenience of modern life will be there at Sobha Hartland, in line with the ‘city within a city’ concept that defines Mohammed Bin Rashid City and its various enclaves. Commercial buildings, retail areas, gourmet dining options and healthcare facilities are all in development as well and of course, there is the Hartland International School, which has quite rapidly grown to be one of the premier educational institutions in Dubai.
