This month, we saw new projects announced in several keSun Townhousesy areas of Dubai. These developments cover a wide spectrum of community types, from beachfront homes and urban apartments to residential neighbourhoods. Without a doubt, the following projects were among the most exciting new launches in February 2019. Bayshore, Dubai Creek Harbour
Following on from the successful launch of Palace Residences in January, Dubai Creek Harbour is keeping up a strong showing in 2019 with Bayshore. Located in the sub-development of Creek Beach, Bayshore comprises a selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments looking out onto a direct view of Dubai Creek Tower. Much like Breeze and Sunset, the projects that were previously launched in the community, Bayshore will have an exterior aesthetic with touches of traditional Arabic architecture and contemporary interiors. Bayshore is located only a few steps away from the Creek Marina and the pristine private beach from which Creek Beach derives its name. Central Park, City Walk
City Walk is a popular lifestyle destination in the stylish Jumeirah district, comprising an open-air mall and a variety of unique attractions such as the region’s first bio-dome, a retro video game arcade and a boutique cinema. It also features City Walk Residences, a limited group of low-rise apartment blocks featuring smartly laid out contemporary homes overlooking the stunning Downtown skyline. The latest addition to City Walk is Central Park, a residential community with greenery at its very heart. Much like its namesake park in Manhattan, Central Park will offer an abundance of open spaces where residents can relax and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. The project will feature apartments in one to four-bedroom layouts with spacious balconies overlooking vast green boulevards. Key amenities include sports facilities such as basketball and tennis courts, a dog park, a spa, picnic pavilions and yoga areas. City Walk is a hub of high-end retail and gourmet dining, which residents will also have easy access to, in addition to being a short drive away from Downtown Dubai. Sun Townhouses, Arabian Ranches III
Arabian Ranches is a name that has become synonymous with family living in Dubai. One of the city’s first master communities, Arabian Ranches is divided into several residential enclaves made up of villas designed in either a Spanish or Arabesque style. It is centred on the expansive Arabian Ranches Golf Course and offers several other amenities, including an international school, hospital and a retail centre. Its immense popularity led to the launch of Arabian Ranches II, another beautiful master community with its own souk and primary school.
Last month, the launch of Arabian Ranches III was teased, bringing with it the promise of a new era of family living while raising questions about how it would fit in with the existing Ranches communities. Those questions were finally answered this month as Arabian Ranches III was officially announced, along with the first of its residential clusters - Sun Townhouses. Sun will comprise three and four-bedroom townhouse units surrounded by swathes of lush greenery. Several parks will be located around the area, including a skate park, water park and trampoline park. Additionally, there will be indoor and outdoor sports facilities, a school, medical clinic and retail centre. In effect, this will be a more contemporary take on the classical suburban community that Arabian Ranches has popularised in Dubai.
