The villa sits in this super private gated part of Southwest Ranches, Florida with its own security so everything just calms down the minute you arrive. The landscaping is meant to frame the house but never hide what is best about it which is the open sky and that easy lake view. It is unfurnished right now so you get to bring in your own feel and just make it your own from day one. I will admit there is just something about walking through a house at this stage. You sort of picture the mornings here with a coffee by the pool or maybe evening barbecues with the lake glowing in the background. The little paths around the property feel like they are waiting for kids to run around or just a quiet walk at sunset. 

The security here is something you just do not even think about after a while and the privacy is on another level. You kind of feel tucked away and yet it is pretty close to main roads if you need to get out. Every so often you catch a glimpse of a neighbor out on their patio and it is the kind of place people wave and say hi.
