Fantastic Layout with Views of Burj Khalifa an Old Town

Some homes just make you pause for a second right when you open the door. This two bedroom apartment at Bellevue Tower in Downtown Dubai feels like one of those. I actually slowed down the first time I went in and just looked at the Burj Khalifa outside the window. That view never really gets old. I know everyone says that about Downtown but honestly standing by those floor to ceiling windows with the city right there just feels a little different.

Inside, you get a sense that someone really thought about how you live here. There is this big open living area where the space just sort of flows and makes even a regular weeknight feel a bit more special. The light comes in strong almost all day which is something you really notice if you like to read or just chill with the TV on. The kitchen is all ready for real cooking. It does not look like one of those show apartments where you are nervous to spill anything. This is a place where you can actually picture yourself making coffee on a lazy Saturday or having friends over. There is a dining spot that sits just close enough to the living area that you never feel cut off.

And the bedrooms. The main bedroom actually feels like a retreat. Plenty of space and you even get to watch the skyline if you feel like leaving the blinds open in the morning. There is that big bed you want after a long week and there are small touches too like calm lighting and just enough storage that things do not pile up. The second bedroom gives you a bit of separation if you are sharing or have guests a lot and it does not feel like an afterthought either. Plus there is a separate maid's room tucked away with its own bathroom which could also be a bit of an extra home office or space for hobbies if you do not need it every day. I always like a home with options for real life.

You get four bathrooms here which really keeps things easy especially if you have people visiting often. No lines in the mornings. The built up area is a solid thirteen hundred square feet which you feel when you walk around because no room feels too cramped. There is a proper balcony and honestly with the weather cooling off it is pretty nice to sit outside in the evenings. From there you get a look at Old Town too not just the high rises so sometimes you spot kids riding their bikes or watch the world go by.

The building keeps things comfortable with central air conditioning so you will not worry about summer. There is dedicated parking which is honestly so rare downtown it sometimes feels like a treat. When you are in Bellevue Towers you get all the resident perks you would expect. A swimming pool that is actually long enough for laps not just quick dips and a fitness center that gets morning and evening sun through the windows. Even a safe play spot for kids so the little ones can burn energy close to home. The staff are always around to help out but they keep things laidback.

Living here means Downtown Dubai is really just at your doorstep. The coffee shops are always busy and you are able to stroll out for dinner along the boulevard whenever you want. Dubai Mall is a quick walk and sometimes just a calm afternoon can be grabbing a bite there and looping back with groceries. Some days the fountains are going and you actually hear the music floating over if the balcony door is open.

The real feel only comes when you actually walk in. It is unfurnished now so you can actually picture your own things and style.  I will keep it simple.
