Some homes just have a certain calm when you walk through the door. Maybe it is the air or just the way the light comes in. This six bedroom villa in Victory Heights really does that kind of thing. I think it is the corner plot and all the space around you it just makes the place feel open and green from the start. The garden, honestly, is the first thing you notice. Palm trees, so much greenery and flowers are everywhere. You almost want to take your shoes off and just walk on the grass out there.
Standing in the lobby, the ceiling goes up taller than you expect and the sunlight sort of slides in, warming up everything. I remember pausing for a second before going further because you do not always see this much space at once inside a Dubai villa. The two main reception rooms are both tucked close to the garden and one of them overlooks the pool. That pool is long enough to really swim in, not just splash around with the kids, and when you stand by it you get this wide look over the Ernie Els Golf Course. You sometimes see golfers going past but from here it feels quiet like you have a bit of your own green out there.
Some mornings I imagine sitting under the pergola with a coffee just before the sun gets too hot. It just feels easy to picture family BBQs or evenings with friends outside because you are so set back from the road and there is no one looking straight in. The birds show up too and sometimes you catch the odd squirrel hopping by. The garden is big enough that kids can burn off energy and you can actually kick a football or set up a picnic without anyone tripping over.
Inside, the kitchen is honestly somewhere you would cook for real not just heat up takeaway. It is got loads of space for stuff plus that nice natural light you want when you are chopping up breakfast. For bigger dinners there is a proper dining room too not just a breakfast bar. If you ever needed help or extra hands the villa does have both maid and driver rooms with their own bathrooms and private entries so everyone gets their own space without feeling squashed together.
Five of the bedrooms are upstairs and there is one downstairs so if you have guests or older family they do not need stairs. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and most have dressing rooms. The balconies are something else. You stand out there and see the golf course or the garden or sometimes just a bit of skyline in the distance. It is the kind of place where you notice how much quieter it is compared to the city but you are not far from anything either.
Victory Heights is pretty famous for its green spaces and open feel in Dubai Sports City. You will always see families out walking or on bikes kids kicking a ball around or dogs chasing after each other. There are parks everywhere and even a basketball court or tennis court if that is your thing. Some people join the golf academy too which is just at the edge of the community. You are also close to schools so mornings are not too rushed. Nurseries, supermarkets, and some handy coffee spots are always nearby. And just down the road you get fast access to E311 and Hessa Street so getting to other areas of Dubai is no trouble.
The villa itself is one of the bigger layouts so there is room for everyone and the plot means you do not really feel neighbours breathing down your neck, which, honestly, is rare. It is a proper family space but works for anyone who likes having friends over or needs home offices or a gym or maybe an art room. Plus if you ever wanted to make changes there is enough room to play with.
You can read about it but you only really get the feel for this place when you see it in person. I am happy to walk you through or answer any questions whenever works for you. At LuxuryProperty.com, we just try to make it feel as simple and comfortable as it should. Reach out any time.
