The security is there but you do not feel like you are being watched the whole time. Valet parking is standard and if you have visitors you will not struggle to get them settled either.

Palm Jumeirah is honestly one of those places where the city is right there if you want it but you do not have to deal with the noise. Sometimes you see kids riding scooters in the evening or neighbours out for a walk by the water. Coffee shops are never more than a two minute drive and weekends are easy with the private beachfront just there. Seven hundred and twenty feet of sand just for residents. It is the kind of place that works well if you want a main home or if you are looking for a second house in Dubai with more privacy.
