5 Bedroom Villa in Garden Homes, Palm Jumeirah

Some homes just start to slow you down the minute you wander in from the street. This five bedroom Garden Home on Frond D over at Palm Jumeirah really caught me like that. I opened the heavy front door and for some reason just wanted to take my shoes off and leave my phone in my bag. The light from the entry foyer is honestly welcoming. Sometimes new homes feel a bit cold but here the finishings actually feel lived in without anyone having stayed too long. Maybe it is the way the sunlight gets in from every corner or just the sea air once you open the windows a little.

So you will see a proper entryway when you come in. On the right is a study that feels like a place you might actually use rather than just for show. The majlis is next. These rooms are always hard to get right but this one makes you want to sit down and take a minute. I sat on the couch and stared out toward the living room and kept hearing the gentle hum from outside. When you keep walking in, you land in a living space with serious floor to ceiling windows. There are spots of shade where the gazebo sits and I stood there for a bit just breathing in the salt from the water. The pool is bigger than it looks in pictures. Plus it has been upgraded. I always check if the tiles are new and they are. There is grass underfoot and you can actually hear birds now and then if you come early in the day. I am pretty sure kids would find a hundred hiding places along the sides by the walls and sometimes I imagine you might forget you are in Dubai at all.

The kitchen is tucked back but it does not feel hidden. If you actually like to cook you will see there is space to move about. Honest enough to say you will not be tripping over anyone if you have friends or family milling in and out. Even just reheating something would feel easy here. There is room for a table just off to the side where you see the water.

Heading upstairs you find all five bedrooms with en suites. Each one has its own little mood but nothing too showy. The owners took time with the colors so they feel rested. There are big closets and you do not feel cramped at all. The bathrooms have a hint of spa feeling but not overdone. It is just easy. Sometimes you can hear the water when windows are open up there too.

One thing you will notice about Garden Homes on Palm Jumeirah is how peaceful it actually stays even close to everything. Nakheel Mall is right nearby. You can walk it if you want or just take the car for an easy drive. Some of the best restaurants and coffee shops on the Palm are not far off. Five star hotels just dot the shoreline but you get to keep your own private spot. The Pointe is close too and turns into a fun evening out if you want something different.

So this place is spread over a plot area of six thousand seven hundred five square feet and a built up area of about five thousand. Honestly it feels bigger when you stand in the garden and look back at the villa. You get all the security and privacy from the gated frond plus the city is always close if you need it.
