Some homes really do make you pause right at the front door. This five bedroom villa at Fire in Jumeirah Golf Estates has that sort of effect and I found myself just standing just for a second trying to take in all the space and light. It is kind of rare to see a villa in Dubai that comes as a real blank canvas. Most of the time you end up looking at someone else's tastes or choices but here at Redwood Avenue you basically get the big ideas set in place and you decide how it should look and feel. It honestly feels pretty freeing and even a little exciting.
Jumeirah Golf Estates sometimes gets called Dubai's green oasis for a reason. If you do not know the area yet it is nothing like being in the middle of all the city rush. The golf courses just stretch out forever and if you wake up early mornings here you might even catch a bit of mist above the greens before everything gets busy. Sometimes you see people heading out for a walk and yes more than once I have seen foxes just wandering across the fairways. Even if golf has never been your thing you start to feel this slower calmer kind of life just by being surrounded by so much nature.
Walking up to the villa you'll notice the Mediterranean style touches on the outside. It is not flashy but the colors and arches catch the sunlight just right. The plot itself is really big — you kind of picture kids making up games on the lawn or maybe you just want a proper garden to unwind in or have evenings with friends taking in that shift in the evening light. With over fifteen thousand square feet of plot tucked into Fire at Jumeirah Golf Estates you are getting something not easy to find these days. There is privacy but it never feels isolating which I think matters.
Now inside this five bedroom villa you are looking at a shell and core property which just means the structure and main features are already sorted for you. Walls are up doors and windows are in but the rest is yours to create. Maybe you want an open kitchen space built for real cooking and gathering or maybe you like the idea of tucking the kitchen off to the side for a bit more peace. Bedrooms are all oversized which is kind of nice if you have family or frequent guests and the main living areas are bright with these big windows that bring in light all day. There are moments where you end up just standing there watching the golfers on the Fire course or seeing the palm trees wave a little with the breeze. That sort of open feeling stays with you.
Jumeirah Golf Estates is a bit of a secret spot in Dubai even now. Yes you get two world class golf courses but the community has way more going on. There is a tennis academy for the active mornings a fitness club that never gets too packed and the main clubhouse always welcomes you in for coffee or even a long breakfast if you feel like it. School runs are actually easy from here no long waits in traffic and there is a park just up the road where you see people walking dogs or families having small picnics after school. It never feels crowded even on weekends and most afternoons you can spot kids out biking or playing on the open lawns.
You are close enough to reach the marina or even the beach without any hassle yet once you are tucked into Fire at Jumeirah Golf Estates it is genuinely peaceful. The layout of the villas and all the green belts means you have privacy even with neighbors nearby.
Having this much space over eight thousand five hundred square feet of built up area does not come around often in Dubai especially not one you can customize from the start. Maybe you have always wanted to design your own home or you just want something that feels like yours at last.
