Some homes just set a certain kind of mood the moment you step through the door. This three bedroom villa in Green Community Motor City, really does that. I actually caught myself pausing for a bit right in the foyer and looking at the wallpaper. It is not your usual pattern and paint job actually. This one comes from Zuber in France and you can easily see the texture if you run your hand close to it. Every bit of it feels like someone went looking for details in Paris and brought them to Dubai. You will see the gold, the marble, the wood and limestone touches coming together, but honestly it is the feeling in the rooms that pulls you in.
Once you step into that living room, you can picture late afternoon tea near the window, light spilling over all these big art pieces and fabric wallpapers that look almost like they are stitched right into the wall. They have this three dimensional touch that makes every room feel richer, deeper. You will spot the big wooden table that is actually meant to be used, loads of space to have friends over or just sit with your laptop and a coffee making a slow start of your morning. Even the wardrobes feel different, with imposing corners, a little old world, but in a cozy way. Kitchen wise, it is a genuine space where you can actually cook for real, not just something pretty for photos. The space has a flow, nothing forced, so you sort of wander from one room to another and still feel everywhere is connected.
Bedrooms upstairs almost have the feel of stepping into a painting. In the master, there are these twentieth century touches sprinkled all over, especially in the dressing room. Look for the slide away walls with hidden shoe racks, a little fun detail I must admit I really liked. The clawfoot bathtubs are not just for show and you start to imagine the kind of relaxing evenings you can have in there. Every room gives off a bit of that Renaissance style, just with a softer modern edge so you have classical charm but it never feels stuffy or old.
You will want to see the garden space for yourself. There are lively real flowers planted everywhere, you get this relaxed kind of park vibe without having to leave your own spot. The boundary walls are covered in greenery and even if some is artificial, it looks like one of those old hedge mazes you see in fancy European estates. Sometimes you will spot copper lanterns catching the sunlight or glowing a little at dusk, and it just adds that soft kind of accent. Not every villa in Dubai has this much care and thought given to the outside space. It feels private, green and comfortable. Kids actually ride bikes around this community in the evenings and if you like a run in the morning, the neighborhood paths are safe and shaded. You might find the local coffee shop is an easy walk away, which always makes weekends better.
Little things make all the difference. There are mirrors in the hallways, so the spaces grow and shift with the light through the day. The artwork, the details in the wallpaper, even the floors, almost every spot tells a bit of a story. The villa is unfurnished, which might sound like more work, but it really just means you get to add your own story to this one of a kind space. With a built up area of just over four thousand square feet and a plot that gives you plenty of room to breathe, homes like this almost never pop up in the Motor City market. If you want something with real character, this is a rare find.
