Some homes really do have that sense of “welcome” right from the start. This five bedroom townhouse in Maple at Dubai Hills Estate gave me that straight away. There is something about being right on the park that makes you slow down a little. I could actually hear a few birds as soon as I came up the front path and I just wanted to look around before heading inside.

The hospital is down the road. Honestly, it is a good mix of quiet and close to everything without feeling busy. The golf club is just around the corner too. If you play, mornings are easy, and if you do not, you still get those nice green views.

One thing I like about this townhouse is you just feel a bit set back from the city. With five bedrooms, plenty of space, and that park right there, it just works for a family that wants to settle in and make memories.
