Some homes just feel a little bit apart from the everyday. This is one of those. Right as you step inside this four bedroom villa at Maple in Dubai Hills Estate, you feel that sense of space and air, and honestly, a kind of privacy that is hard to find. I guess it starts with the view of the camel track out the back. It is like a little patch of old Dubai meeting the new, and nobody looking in from behind so you really do get that single row peace and quiet. I found myself standing by the window for a while on my first visit, just watching the camels go by on their morning trot. It slows you down, which is nice considering how the city usually goes.
You will also notice how the open plan kitchen flows right into the living and dining spaces. It actually feels like somewhere you might cook a proper meal, invite some friends over, or just take your coffee over to the sofa and look out at the garden. And that big L shaped garden is bigger than most. You can see it is the kind of place kids might play after school, or maybe you have a few friends over for a barbecue on weekends. The plot itself really lets you spread out, not just indoors but outside too. Sometimes you forget you are just a short walk from the main park. Kids playing football, neighbors jogging, the tennis courts across the street almost always have somebody out there in the evenings. The pool and playgrounds are close enough for the little ones to get to on their own, but you are set back far enough for it all to feel calm.
Downstairs, having a bedroom on the ground level is one of those small things that just makes life easier. Maybe it is for grandparents visiting, or a teenager who wants a bit of their own space, or even a home office if you need it. And the maid's room, again, it is really useful even if you just want somewhere for extra storage. Sometimes I feel like you do not realise how much you appreciate things like this until you actually live with them.
There is something about Maple 2 that draws families in. Maybe it is the layout of the villas or maybe it is how you are never far from the amenities. A morning walk can take you through palm lined streets to the shops or an afternoon might just be spent at the swimming pool while the sun fades. I have even seen kids biking up and down in the early evenings when it's cooler, and you get a sense the community is alive but never too busy. Everyone chats at the park or grabs a coffee not too far away.
Dubai Hills Estate itself gives you so much more. The huge central park is honestly a place you will visit again and again, whether it is a brisk walk or a family Sunday picnic. The new Dubai Hills Mall is almost open if you like shopping or just an easy bite to eat. And the golf club is not just for golfers, actually, lots of people just sit out on the terrace and watch the city skyline in the distance. Great schools like GEMS Wellington are right in the area, same with healthcare like King's College London, which just takes a little edge off for families thinking about those everyday needs.
Here you have a home with enough space for everyone to have their own corner, but plenty of room to gather together too. And honestly, it just feels easy. Ready to move in, or if you want to invest, it is set up for you. Some people overthink it but I always say the only way to know if it feels right is to come and see it for yourself.
