Easy access counts here. You end up surprisingly close to King's College Hospital, GEMS schools, and not far from Dubai Mall or Downtown if you still want that city buzz sometimes. In the evenings you hear neighbors out for walks and sometimes kids biking up the lanes. You really get that community feel in Golf Place.

It is still new and the best part is you could make those finishing touches your own, especially since it feels more like a fresh start than taking over someone else's place. My favorite bit is just how relaxed it feels. You can see yourself coming home after work, maybe sitting with a tea on the patio and watching the sunset.
