The main bedroom was my favorite, partly because of the terrace. Standing out there you can enjoy the first coffee of the day and just listen to the early sounds before the world gets busy. It faces out where you get a bit more privacy too since you are not looking right into another villa.

The Palma community sits at the heart of Arabian Ranches 2 and has a really relaxed vibe. Sometimes you notice people sitting at the café near the community centre or see parents walking with prams. The supermarket is honestly closer than you think if you need something last minute. A few shops in the centre also mean you can pop down for a bite or coffee without needing to drive far. Evenings here tend to get quiet and you sometimes see kids biking around or people jogging on the wider paths.

People like Palma because it does not feel over busy. The greenery and streets have that tidy, settled in feel and the traffic is never too much. The plot size here is just right if you want outdoor space but do not want big maintenance headaches. If you drive by you will probably notice how neat all the villas look lined up, especially the single row plots with that extra bit of privacy.
