I found myself walking a little slower through the hallway listening to the birds in the garden and just feeling like life might be a bit easier here. Parking is easy you have space right at the door and there is always street parking left even when the neighbors have visitors.

It will be vacant from the start of July so you can move in just as summer starts to wind down before the new school year. The neighbors here waved when I walked by which says a lot about the community safe quiet and genuinely friendly. Springs 7 has this different feel not too fancy but not basic either.
