There is a cinema area, a proper gym that does not feel cramped, even a spa with Swiss and Italian fittings. The games and playroom are big enough for anyone's imagination. Sometimes you just want to keep the party or the family fun indoors and this place is set up for all that without feeling crowded.

The air con is US built by Carrier so it never feels stuffy or uneven. Bosch systems take care of the inside climate too. You might notice all the Italian bathroom fittings or the custom made doors, but what you will remember is just how good the house feels when you are actually moving through it.

Living in Pearl Jumeirah puts you close to the water any time you want and the neighborhood always feels friendly. You see people jogging along the paths at sunset or neighbors waving as they walk their dogs. Good coffee shops are always just a few minutes away and city roads make getting to Jumeirah or the rest of Dubai easy.
