You can almost hear the gentle splash from the Crystal Lagoon close by, which honestly is one of the things people around here love the most. There is just something about being near water that changes your whole mood.

When you step inside you notice right away how open everything is. No trick photography here it is big in real life too. The living spaces just flow into each other. Natural light finds its way into every corner whether you are sitting down with friends in the formal living room or just grabbing a coffee at the kitchen table.
