Perfectly Located Villa in Excellent Condition

This three bedroom villa in the Legacy area of Jumeirah Park just felt that way for me. Maybe it is all the light pouring in or maybe it is how the place is put together. I stood for a while in the open living space just looking around and realized you can see almost the whole main floor from one spot so it is easy to imagine family or friends all together without anyone tucked away. 

You come in and the living and dining room just feels kind of easy. Nothing formal here. I could imagine lazy morning coffee or late night card games in the same spot. The kitchen is right there and I have to admit I actually leaned on the breakfast bar for a bit and just pictured someone making big weekend breakfasts with the kids running in and out. It is not tucked away at the back so you get to be part of the day whether you are cooking something real or just grabbing a snack. 

All three bedrooms are upstairs and they surprised me with the amount of space. Sometimes bedrooms in these newer Dubai places are almost an afterthought but not here. Each has its own bathroom so nobody is arguing at shower time. You get proper built in closets as well so storage will not be a struggle. The master bedroom really feels like a space to unwind. There is a bit more room so you could fit a little reading corner by the window if that is your thing and honestly you start to imagine what it would be like to wake up to that soft morning light coming in. 

Stepping out onto the terrace feels a bit special too. It is private enough that you could sit with a book and a cup of tea or have a few friends over for a barbecue and not feel overlooked. I noticed the garden is a good size not huge so it is something you can look after without feeling like it is a second job but there is enough space for young kids to kick a ball or even a small dog to enjoy. In the evenings you sometimes see neighbours strolling by or kids biking and it just gives the whole community a relaxed feel. 

Jumeirah Park as a neighbourhood is honestly one of the best places for families. Legacy itself always feels calm and cared for. You have access to swimming pools when you need to cool off in the summer and the kids play areas actually get used in the evenings. There are barbecue stations dotted around which gives people a reason to come together. The thing I noticed is you do get a bit of peace here but you are never far from anything. The main road is so close so getting to Sheikh Zayed or heading out to Marina is always quick and painless. Weekend mornings you see people walking to the community market and the coffee shop is never far if you need a treat after the school run. 

For the practical side this villa gives you a fair bit of space. The built up area is over three thousand square feet so you are not squeezed in and the plot feels open with over seven thousand square feet to yourself. There is even a maids room tucked away out of sight and the villa is vacant which makes moving in easy. The whole property has been really well kept not just for the photos which by the way are just meant to give you a feel you need to see it in person to really get it.
