4 bedroom apartment in The Address The BLVD, Downtown Dubai

Some homes just slow you down the minute you step inside and honestly this four bedroom apartment at The Address The Boulevard in Downtown Dubai gave me that feeling right away. Standing at the door you notice how the morning light comes in through those huge windows. They almost hit the ceiling and stretch right down to the floor. You get this wide open city view with Burj Khalifa sparkling first thing in the morning and at night it really turns into something else when the fountain show begins. I found myself lingering at the glass for a while watching those little boats on the lake below and thinking this apartment really does make you want to invite people over just to see the city light up.

The master bedroom just catches you off guard. It is not just big it is also laid out in the best spot so you've got even more window and you wake up every morning just seeing all of Downtown Dubai and honestly once you have this view it is hard to go back. That wardrobe space is a nice touch too. Sometimes apartments in Dubai look nice but barely have enough closet room so here that is something you really do not need to worry about.

All the bedrooms feel fresh with so much sunlight coming in and there is actually space for real beds not just a tiny mattress squeezed in. You also get an extra room which the layout marks as a maid's or storage but it could be an office or maybe even a quiet spot for reading if you want to put your feet up away from it all.

Come out to the living room and it is just comfortable. The place is unfurnished but because the layout is so open it feels ready for your own style. I sat for a bit and imagined filling some bookshelves there and maybe a good big sofa where you could watch the city while still being together. You get plenty of counter space in the kitchen and the cupboards do not feel flimsy at all. It feels like you could cook a real meal rather than just heating something up and if you are someone who wakes to make coffee you will find yourself stepping straight out to the balcony to catch those first city sounds.

And yes there are two balconies here so the atmosphere changes depending where you go. One side you get Burj Khalifa and the fountain show which never really gets old especially when the music is loud and everyone gathers to watch below. The other balcony faces the open city spread and the sea in the distance. I honestly could not pick my favorite spot.

What you always hear about The Address The Boulevard is the five star service and it is here but it never feels stiff. The security team greets you every time but leaves you to your day. The lobby is spotless whenever I walk through and there is always just the right amount of people coming and going that it does not feel too busy. The absolute best thing is the access. You walk straight into Dubai Mall so on a hot afternoon it is the easiest thing to grab groceries hit a coffee shop or just wander for a bit if you need a break from the city or if you work nearby you are only a few minutes from the Burj Khalifa Metro Station so commuting to DIFC or anywhere else just becomes simple.

The facilities in the building have everything. The gym gives you floor to ceiling windows and looks right out over the city. The pool feels private and on weekends it is nice to see families just enjoying the space instead of feeling packed in. There are salons and cafes in the building too so most days you probably find you barely leave the building unless you want to.

Downtown Dubai has a pace that is all its own. Streets are busy with people all day but somehow once you get up to this apartment you hardly notice the rush. That calm is rare in the middle of things. If you want a spacious Downtown Dubai apartment with Burj Khalifa and fountain views right from your living room and two different balconies to just watch it all you should walk through this place.
