There is a real sense of community, which you just do not get everywhere in Dubai. You cannot help but notice the greenery. They really kept the landscaping lush so it never feels barren even in the summer months.

Another honestly useful thing is how you are tucked away, but you still have everything close. The King's Academy Hospital is just a couple of minutes away so that is reassuring. Plus if you are someone who does the golf club brunch or just wants a decent meal out, you are sorted. The club has two restaurants that people in the community actually talk about. And for families, a big plus is the schools. A few top rated ones are just a quick trip by car, no long commutes.

So all in, with a built up area of just over 2200 square feet and a garden to make your own, it is a villa that actually feels like home. You can tell the people here care about the place. Sometimes you just want a space where everything feels simple and comfortable. No big fuss.
