Some homes have that way of making you feel lighter the second you walk in. This one at Dubai Hills Estate is like that for me. Maybe it is the seven bedrooms or the way the sunlight comes in almost everywhere. Maybe it is just how it feels open and private at the same time. Hard to pin down exactly but you sense it. The house sits right along the Fairway Vistas and honestly it is hard not to wander over to the window and just pause whenever you have those long views of the golf course. If you have a thing for city skylines you get that rare treat here too because the Burj Khalifa seems to always be in the background. Kind of like a reminder of where you are.
You step through the front and there is this double height hallway that sets the mood. It is one of those spaces you slow down in without really meaning to. I nearly always look up. It just draws your attention. The main living and dining area is open plan and big enough that you never feel boxed in. Sliding glass doors along the wall open out to the garden. Sometimes I find myself just drifting between inside and outside. It just feels easy that way. You imagine summer lunches trailing into lazy evenings with friends or maybe just a quiet coffee while you listen to the birds in the morning.
There is a proper show kitchen here too and it is not just for looks. You will notice the smart layout makes it perfect for real cooking. The back kitchen is tucked away just behind so if you are hosting or just want extra space to prep you have it. There is also a large larder for all your groceries. Everything seems to have its own home and I think that just makes life simpler. The ground floor has a roomy office if you ever work from home and you still get good light here which is not always easy to find. There is also a guest suite downstairs. The powder room works well if you ever have friends over and they are mingling about. Service areas for your driver or staff are thoughtfully positioned too so the flow of the house never feels interrupted.
Moving upstairs you get this modern staircase which opens up to a family lounge looking out over the terrace. You are pretty high up so the golf views are even better up here and sometimes you even catch a glimpse of the Burj glittering at sunset. The way the upstairs is set out just works for families. On one side there are two big bedrooms with their own bathrooms plus a nanny's room that already has a pantry for late night snacks or tea. On the other you have two more suites and then the master. The master suite is honestly a retreat. Walk in closet gives you space for everything. The bathroom feels like a spa. The terrace here is probably my favorite spot in the house. Quiet early mornings or watching the evening sky over the green. You can tell thought has gone into how each room connects to the outside world.
Life at Dubai Hills Estate is about easy days and a real sense of community. The golf club is a short stroll away which means the Hillhouse Brasserie or the Duck Hook Gastro Lounge are kind of your local hangouts if you want them. Weekends tend to start slow around here with coffee on a quiet terrace and end with friends or even kids biking along the paths in the evenings. The neighborhood feels calm and safe but you are never far from the rest of Dubai either.
Honestly you have to walk through this place to know if it feels right. Sometimes you just know when a house fits. If you have any questions or want to come see it for yourself let me know any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make every next step feel natural.
