Some homes just have a certain feel as soon as you walk in. This club villa in Dubai Hills Estate really surprised me. Right away you can sense that nobody's ever lived here. It still smells brand new and even the little things like the door handles just feel untouched. There's something kind of nice about being the very first person to make memories here. I remember standing at the entrance and noticing the high ceilings which honestly makes the whole place feel so much bigger and open than I expected. It sets a very calm mood from the start.

You can watch the sunrise or just sit out here in the evenings when the air cools off. At certain times it's so quiet you kind of forget you're still in the city.

But the spot people talk about the most is the roof terrace on the top. It's up on its own floor so nobody disturbs you. The view is impressive. You get almost a full sweep of Dubai Hills and you can even see the golf course peeking through the trees. Whether you want to grill up something for friends or just read a book in the breeze this is the kind of terrace that makes you wish you spent more time outside. Sometimes you do not even need music up here because the sounds of the neighborhood are so peaceful.

The Club Villas are some of the latest that Emaar has brought to this community and you'll really notice the difference. The build quality is higher and small details just make daily life smoother. Plus the golf course is a short walk away so if you like to play or even just go for walks in the cooler weather you'll end up using that a lot.
