5 Bedroom Villa in District One, Mohammed Bin Rashid City

There is this gentle calm to the place almost as if the world slows down just a bit when you step inside. Maybe it is the quiet even though you are really close to Downtown and DIFC. Or maybe it is a combination of all the little things working together. I am not sure but it is easy to imagine a family settling in here.

One thing you notice right away is how the villa sits on a corner plot. It feels private but not boxed in. You can see trees from practically every window and the garden seems to wrap around the whole place. I actually leaned on the fence for a while looking out across the landscaped paths and thinking this could be one of those homes where kids play in the yard until sunset. You get a private pool in the back so summer days will probably be spent there. The garden area has more than enough room for barbeques or a small football match. Sometimes you notice little groups of kids from the neighborhood biking past in the evenings. People wave as they go by. Honestly it just feels easy here.
