I remember just pausing in the hall and letting my eyes wander for a second. The practical side is covered too. Jebel Ali School is close for families and if you forget bread or milk there is a Carrefour supermarket only a little drive away. Haircut always a problem for me but here you have a salon and barbershop just nearby so that is sorted too.

What I like about this place is how it feels easy but never over the top. It is unfurnished now so it is really a blank slate for your own style and life. The plot is just over seven thousand square feet and the built up area is more than five thousand five hundred so you honestly have space to spread out but not get lost. The rent is set at one million AED for the year which is about standard for this part of Damac Hills with this much space and those golf course views.
