Even though it feels a world away from downtown Dubai you are still well connected so getting to work or a day out by the Marina never feels like a trek.

Arabian Ranches itself always feels a bit slower and friendlier to me there is a lot of green space and you see families outside most evenings. Kids are actually riding bikes and neighbors say hello in passing which is not something you find everywhere in Dubai. This part of Al Reem especially with these corner villas feels a little tucked away but still open and easy to be part of.
