I have tested the drive myself and you can get to most of the city in around twenty minutes when it is a normal day.

The built up area is two thousand four hundred square feet and the plot is even bigger, three thousand two hundred eighty so you are getting room to grow or maybe just finally have that proper garden. The views are exactly what you want from a garden facing spot. Plus it is easy to park and bring the groceries in without any fuss.
