The air feels a bit lighter and you kind of start picturing weekends already. The corner kitchen is the first thing you notice when you walk through the main living area. It does not have that cold show home vibe. I could actually imagine making breakfast here while someone else has coffee at the table. Sunlight comes in easily, slipping across the living and dining spaces and then spilling out toward the terrace. I stood by the terrace doors for a moment and looked out to the private courtyard. Getting in and out is quick. Arabian Ranches 3 is close enough to Downtown Dubai that you can get in for work or a day out pretty quickly but you are far enough from the traffic that you do not feel boxed in. Both Dubai International and Al Maktoum airports are less than a half hour's drive when I last tried it. And honestly, the beach is not far either if you are craving a morning by the water.
