There is a skate park as well for the lively crowd. When you want a coffee the café is pretty much always close by and sometimes when I am showing homes in this area I grab a sandwich at one of the small restaurants just to watch all kinds of families passing by or children racing ahead on scooters. Town Square itself always feels like a real community not just a name. There is even a carousel in the park and you do see kids biking every single evening if you wander out.

Parking is sorted with covered space for two cars so you are never fighting for a spot which you quickly appreciate in Dubai. It is all wrapped up in a built up area of about two thousand two hundred square feet plus a tidy garden plot so it feels substantial without being hard to manage.
