You can almost hear your own footsteps as you step through the covered garage and into this light filled space. The sun pours in even with the doors shut. It just feels like everything here is fresh and ready for your own everyday life to start.

You come inside and feel this honest openness to the living and dining space. It is all open plan, but the way the rooms connect keeps it from feeling boxed in or too empty. I found myself picturing a proper dinner on the table and even someone flipping pancakes on a Saturday morning. Camelia is the last new part of Arabian Ranches 2 so the whole local area already has a lived in feel. You will notice families walking or biking in the evenings, and weekend mornings have more people out and about. There is a main pool that actually feels inviting, not just functional, and a shaded pool for kids which really does help when the sun is out. The gym in Camelia is only for this cluster, so it is usually quiet. You might run into the same faces which is always nice. Little play areas make it easy to meet other families too.

You are not far from the main road if you need to get across Dubai, but inside it is calm. There is always a coffee shop or two within reach, which honestly makes Saturday mornings easy. Schools are not far and grocery runs never take long.
