Some homes slow you down the minute you step in and honestly this five bedroom villa in Garden Homes on Palm Jumeirah is one of those places where you just stop for a second and actually take a breath. The sunlight kind of drifts all through the house especially in the late morning when it just feels calm. Sometimes I stand by the windows in one of the living rooms and watch the sea shift colors. It is the sort of place where you notice time moving a little slower.
The first thing I noticed is the balance of easy Mediterranean style with a real sense of home. There is a gentle touch of Arabesque shape in the archways which makes the spaces feel both grand and relaxed at the same time. Big windows pretty much everywhere bring that beachfront feeling right into your day. If you are used to beach walks and a little sand stuck to your feet, you are going to fit right in here. You get your own private stretch of beach just outside the garden and it is honestly hard to imagine a more peaceful start to the morning. Sometimes you will see folks jogging by in the distance or children exploring tide pools after school.
When you walk into the family areas, you will see what I mean about the light. Each living room feels different but connected. If you like having friends or family round, you will probably end up using every corner. There is a formal dining space that just feels special, like it needs a long meal with friends and stories. The kitchen is open enough for conversation and you could easily imagine real cooking happening here. It is not just for show. Grab a coffee and take it out to the balcony to listen to the water. That became my favorite five minutes of the day when I was there.
The bedrooms are all set up with en suite bathrooms and those little comforts you do not often find in rental villas. You will notice nice storage built in and plenty of quiet. The guest bedroom is a calm retreat and the maid's room sits out of the way so there is a proper sense of privacy. Plus, you get a private study for those days working from home. If you need to get things done, it just feels easy here. The lounge and games room upstairs is the spot where everyone ends up in the evening. It is perfect for movie nights or just a lazy weekend.
Out the back the balconies give you a pretty amazing view. It is hard to decide if you want to sit in the sun or under the shade. There are loads of spaces to just be quiet or have a chat. Sometimes you can hear the waves if you forget your phone for a while. The private pool deck blends right into the garden so you are not boxed in and the landscaping has that slightly wild feel which I think works well next to the sea. The best thing is, if you want more action, The Pointe and Nakheel Mall are both a quick drive. Coffee shops and bakeries are never far in this part of Palm Jumeirah and you will probably find your own favorite spot pretty soon.
Being unfurnished, you get a real blank canvas to make your own. At five thousand square feet built up on about seven thousand square feet of plot, this villa never feels cramped. Beachfront living here is the kind people talk about for years.
If you want to actually feel the space for yourself, just let me know. Walking through the house is the only way to tell if it feels right for you. Questions or just curiosity, reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com, we want your next home to feel comfortable right from the start.
