Some homes just sort of open up to you right as you step inside. That is how it felt the first time I visited this four bedroom penthouse in The Address Fountain Views Tower 3. The lift doors open straight into the apartment and for a moment it is actually quiet. Then you notice that view outside the windows and it just keeps you there longer than you meant to stand. You can see the Burj Khalifa right in front of you. It almost feels like you could reach out and touch Downtown Dubai from here.
This property is right in the heart of Downtown Dubai which is busy and lively but somehow up here it is calm. That noise from below stays down there. The living and dining area feel huge honestly it is hard to describe until you walk through. There is a family room that you can actually see yourself using it for movie nights or maybe just taking a lazy Sunday afternoon without even noticing where the time went. You have a real kitchen that is more than just for heating up take out. The cabinets feel solid and the layout makes proper cooking pretty easy plus everything is already fitted out so you do not have to worry about setting things up.
There are four bedrooms here and each one is en suite which just makes life simple. No one will be lining up for the bathroom in the mornings. You will probably want to claim the master bedroom for yourself because it has a walk in closet big enough for both summer and winter clothes and you get direct access to your own private balcony. I stood out there for a little while in the afternoon and you get this totally uninterrupted view of the fountains and all the city lights coming on as the sun drops. Sometimes you could even catch the dancing fountains show without ever leaving your home.
The penthouse is fully serviced which means five star living all the way. There is 24 hour concierge whenever you need something and maintenance plus security so it always feels safe and sorted. And the building itself is run by The Address Hotels so people here are pretty experienced they know what they are doing. The penthouse has never actually been lived in before so you really are getting that fresh start. The fact that it is listed at a price well below original cost makes it feel almost like finding something rare in Downtown Dubai which is not easy trust me.
One thing that always stands out to me is the rooftop recreation deck. The first time I went up there was just after noon and it is sort of peaceful. You get lush landscaping and quiet water features and space enough to stretch out with a coffee or just watch the world go by underneath. That is also where you get some of the very best views of Burj Khalifa. There is some feeling up there and even on a busy day it is relaxing. When you live here getting to the Dubai Mall is barely a five minute walk so you find yourself popping over for coffee or a quick bite without ever planning it. The cafes never feel far and weekends are easy because everything is at your doorstep.
Weekday evenings sometimes you will see families heading down to the fountains and people gathering outside the mall. The area is buzzing but your place feels removed from all of it in a good way. Parking is hassle free and the lifts are quick so late nights out or early morning starts always go smoothly. The maids room is actually decent size so live in help will be comfortable too.
There are not a lot of properties in Downtown Dubai that have this much space and these kind of views from every window. It is unfurnished so you really can make it your own. This is just the kind of penthouse you have to walk through yourself to get what it feels like. If you have questions or want to come see it in person let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we want finding your next place to feel as calm and comfortable as possible. Call any time and I can show you around.
