You are free to work with your own architect or builder as long as you follow the community vibe which is all about harmony and living well. I have seen some amazing homes take shape in this area. People really put their hearts into it whether they want something super modern or classic with wide open patios. This flexibility is rare in Dubai and it matters if you like things done just a certain way.

It is a secure and peaceful part of town too. Access is private so you notice right away that there is no through traffic.
