Some apartments feel friendly from the first step in. That is what I got here at Safi Apartments in Town Square Dubai. This three bedroom place does not try too hard. It feels light everywhere even in the hallways so even if you come back at night or with groceries you never feel boxed in. The windows are big and if you like to just pause and look out you will see a lot of green. Town Square stays pretty peaceful. You get a slice of the skyline in the distance but most days you'll just notice the trees moving in the breeze or the life outside with people walking the trails. Sometimes you see families out or friends just sitting on the grass sharing a laugh. It feels real here.
Inside this apartment at Safi, it just works if you like having people over or a bit of space for everyone to do their own thing. The living area is wide and open. I found myself leaning in the kitchen more than once just because it is one of those spots where you can actually cook. It is not just about quick dinners. You could have people helping with food or sitting on the other side talking to you while you handle the stove. The flow goes right out to the balcony which is bigger than most. Sometimes you want to just stand there, maybe with a morning coffee or just stare off for a minute before work. You really do get the green park views from almost anywhere in the main room. Bedrooms are never far from a view either.
All three bedrooms are bright. No tiny rooms here. Closets are already built in and in the main bedroom you get a walk in space that feels surprisingly generous. The bathroom in there just has more attention to finish than I usually see at this price in Dubai. Everyday stuff like showers and getting ready feels a little easier when you do not feel cramped. You will also notice if you have kids or guests everyone gets a real room. Nothing sticks out as awkward. There is enough storage for everything.
You get the gym downstairs and it is actually usable plus the outdoor pool makes good use of the sunlight. Sometimes the pool is busy at the obvious times but there always seems to be a quiet half hour in the morning if you like a swim to start your day. The kids play areas are handy. I have seen a few parents chatting by the swing set which tells me it is a bit of a community. There are retail shops and places to eat right at Town Square Park. It just means you are not always hopping in the car for little things. Sometimes you just see folks taking a slow walk to the coffee shop, stopping for ice cream, that sort of thing.
Location in Town Square does make life smooth for commuting or getting out for the weekend. You are never far from Dubai Marina or even Downtown since Etihad Rail and the buses keep things linked up well. I timed it once from here over to Dubai Miracle Garden—silly but it took barely twenty minutes in mid afternoon traffic. Airport is about the same. You also get that feeling of space here which is hard to match if you know the more packed areas of Dubai.
Honestly it is just easy to imagine regular life here and not something that feels forced. You still get the perks of a managed building and there is a security team on hand if you ever need help. Safi Apartments at Town Square keeps it simple and sincere which can be hard to come by.
If you want to see it for yourself that is always the best way. Message or call if you are even just curious. We are here at LuxuryProperty dot com to help you move at your pace not ours. Sometimes you have to just stand on the balcony to really get it.
