Some places just catch you off guard the second you walk in. This three bedroom apartment at Rawda Apartments in Town Square really does it. I think it is partly the quiet part of Dubailand where it sits but also something in the way the space opens up. I remember standing by the window with my coffee and just watching the sun move across those big living room tiles. It is that kind of home where you might notice the outside noise sort of vanishes once you are inside.
So you have these three bedrooms and the place is open in a way that feels natural. There is around 1400 square feet to stretch out in but it is more about how it all flows together. The living space runs straight to the balcony which gets proper daylight and sometimes you get a little breeze if you crack the door in the morning. Plenty of room to put your feet up and actually live in but it still looks tidy enough if you just want to host some friends for coffee or a lazy lunch on a Saturday.
Now the kitchen here is one of my favorite details. It is not one of those afterthoughts you sometimes see in Dubai apartments. It actually feels a bit like someone cooked here. You can imagine flour on the counter or a few pots left to soak because the dinner went late. Light fills the corner most of the day and if you work from home you might even find yourself taking calls from the dining table just because it feels so easy. Plus having the kitchen open to the living area just means you can talk to people while you cook or keep an eye on the kids while the pasta is boiling.
Master bedroom is a great spot for some privacy when you need it. It is set back from the main space so you really do feel like it is your own corner. There is a great big window that looks out toward the trees and you get sunshine pretty much all day. Sometimes you will not need the lights at all. There is a walk in closet that is honestly a treat. Not just shelves for show but proper space for jeans and shirts and whatever else you collect. The master bathroom gives you enough space for two to get ready side by side in the morning. With the two other bedrooms you get built in wardrobes so storage is not a problem and there is even an en suite in one so guests feel at home or kids can have their own space. There is a standalone laundry area as well. Makes a difference when you actually have to do the folding or stash away the towels.
Rawda Apartments as a community has a bit of everything. That is what jumps out at you. Family friendly but not too hectic. You see kids on bikes nearly every evening after school letting off steam. The park just outside is where neighbors spread a blanket or fire up coffee in the evenings and everyone seems to know each other at least to wave hello. The pools here feel more like private spaces than typical shared amenity pools in Dubai and if you like your workouts you will notice the gym is better than most hotels you have seen. Head outside for a walk or run and there are trails winding through the area. Runners and cyclists have plenty to explore. You will probably meet more than a few dogs and see couples out walking just after sunset.
Downstairs you are never too far from something. Coffee shops. The odd pizza place where people stop after work. Even a boutique hotel if friends or family come to visit but want their own space for a few nights. The retail and dining zones bring the area to life in the evenings and there is even a cinema so you never have to drive far for a movie night. It feels like a real community where people actually get to know each other not just pass by.
Living at Town Square puts you right in the heart of Dubailand. Honestly people use homes here in all sorts of ways. Couples. Young families. Some are here for the longer haul while others use these Rawda Apartments as a holiday spot or city base. The area is always evolving and you do get a sense that it holds value and energy even when things are quiet.
Truthfully no description or set of photos will ever show how the place feels when the sunlight hits the living room at just the right angle. The only real way to know if this Rawda apartment at Town Square is for you is to walk in and feel it yourself. If you want to ask more or would just like a quiet walk around sometime let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we want your next place to feel a little bit like home from the start.
