Some homes just feel comfortable from the minute you step inside. That happened to me at this two bedroom apartment in Rawda Apartments at Town Square Dubai. Honestly you can sense something welcoming when that soft morning light comes through the living room windows. Maybe it is just the way everything fits together in this place. I actually caught myself imagining slow mornings here with coffee outside on the balcony while the city is just starting to wake up. It is not something you get everywhere in Dubai but it is right here in Town Square.
Walking through the apartment you notice how ready it is for real life. It is move in ready and there is just an easy feel to the whole layout. The living and kitchen area is open so you can still chat with friends or family even if you are finishing up dinner on the stove. And the kitchen itself is more than just for show. There is enough counter space to cook properly not just heat up something frozen. Standing by the kitchen window you can look out and see the Rawda community below and sometimes you will spot kids playing or neighbors heading to the shops. The balcony is honestly big enough for a table and a couple of chairs where you can sit with someone at sunset and watch the sky change colors. The color scheme all through the apartment is light and calming so everything just feels a bit bigger and you are not boxed in.
Both bedrooms have a genuinely livable size. The main bedroom comes with that walk in closet everyone wants but here it actually fits more than just a few hangers. There is a bathroom attached so no running down a hallway first thing in the morning. The second bedroom has built in wardrobes too so there is always space for extra shoes or even bags and suitcases you want to keep out of the way. The guest bathroom is tucked conveniently off the living area and there is a laundry room that manages to fit in without taking up any real space. It just works day to day. You really can picture coming home with groceries or getting ready for the day with everything in reach and none of that awkward hunting for storage spots.
Rawda Apartments has a proper community vibe. As soon as you step outside the apartment you get some green private courtyards that people actually use. I walked through on a weekday and someone was reading in the shade near the gardens. The swimming pools are close enough that you do not have to do much planning and I noticed they never felt crowded. The kids have play areas and there is space to kick a ball or just run around. The gym is actually usable so you can break a sweat without waiting on equipment. Plus when you need a bit more space or people watching Town Square Park is right there in the middle of everything. In the evening you see families out with strollers or a group of teenagers trying out the skatepark. Sometimes people bring snacks and sit out on the grass. Weekends are slow and outdoorsy.
The location within Town Square means you get all the conveniences. The cinema is just a quick stroll if you want a movie night. Coffee shops always seem to be open and you can count on a decent latte even on a weekday. I have noticed more boutique stores and restaurants opening all the time and the retail area really has everything for groceries and last minute things you forget. The walking and bike trails go on and on so it is easy to get outside without having to drive anywhere. Even a hotel for when friends or family visit.
If you are looking for a two bedroom apartment in Dubai that actually feels like somewhere you could stay and settle in this one feels right. At approximately nine hundred thirty four square feet it has enough space to breathe and keep things comfortable but it is not a huge place to clean every weekend either. Honestly you should just come by to walk through. You will probably end up noticing details I missed.
