Some places just make you slow down a bit as soon as you walk in and this five bedroom duplex penthouse at The Hills really has that feeling. Maybe it is the big views of Emirates Golf Club right outside or maybe it is just knowing you are in one of Dubai's quieter, more private spots even though you are close to everything you might need. Actually, when I came in, I just wanted to stand for a minute on one of those terraces and look down at the green fairways stretching away in the sun. There is a light breeze up here most days and you can just watch the golfers and the city skyline beyond. It is a pretty easy view to get used to, honestly.
The living space is open and feels made for company or just for a quiet evening in. You will notice right away there is so much room here, about five thousand four hundred square feet in total. That double height dining area gets great daylight pretty much all day and if you want to throw the doors open to the terrace during the cooler months it is just about perfect for a get together or even some quiet time with a book and a coffee. The kitchen actually feels like a place you would use for cooking, not just reheating, and the appliances are all ready to go. It is partly open, so you are never too far from what is going on even if you have a few people around chatting.
Downstairs you get two spacious bedrooms and a maid's room you can use however you want. Upstairs is a real surprise, there is a big family room where you can picture movie nights or just kids spreading out with their school projects. The library can be a solid home office if you work from home at all or need a bit of quiet. The master bedroom is tucked away for a bit of privacy and that en suite is one of those baths that feels made for a long soak after a long day. There is storage in all the places you need it and honestly there is something about the way the light comes in here that makes the mornings just start off easy.
Living at The Hills puts you in the heart of some of Dubai's best scenes but without the noise and busyness. The swimming pool is down below if you want a quick dip after work or on a weekend, and the fitness centre is better than you might expect in most apartment buildings. Residents here can use the BBQ station in the landscaped outdoor areas or even stretch out in the yoga lawn. There are a few good restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk, so grabbing breakfast on the go or sitting out with friends is simple. Security is always there when you need them but they are not in your way. Maintenance and housekeeping help keep things running smooth. And the best part is you are just a few minutes from both Emirates Golf Club and The Address Montgomerie, so those early tee times are no problem.
Getting around Dubai from The Hills is easy, too. Whether you are going to work in the city or heading to the beach on your day off, the main roads are right there but the area itself stays pretty calm. Sometimes in the evenings you see families out with strollers or kids scooting around. It just feels safe.
Honestly, if you are looking for a five bedroom apartment in Dubai with golf course views and a real sense of space, this penthouse at The Hills A has a lot going for it. There is no need to rush your decision. The only way to know if it really fits is to come see it for yourself. If you have questions or want to take a walk through, I am always around to help out. At LuxuryProperty.com, we want finding your new home to feel just a bit easier.
