The main road connects you to the rest of Jumeirah and into the city so heading to work or grabbing dinner anywhere is pretty simple.

Some apartments feel formal and polished but this one actually feels like somewhere you could live your real life. Host a few friends for coffee or bring home groceries and cook something special. The crowd in La Mer is pretty diverse too so you always see a mix of people around. If you are looking for a home that actually gives you space to breathe but keeps you close to the fun, I just think it ticks a lot of boxes. The view alone is worth spending a little extra time every evening just sitting outside.
