Sometimes a place just feels right as soon as you walk in. That happened to me with this two bedroom apartment at Al Andalus in Jumeirah Golf Estates. I stood in the living area for a bit, just kind of soaking up how calm and bright it was even with people coming and going outside the front of Tower C. You get that quick easy access from the low floor location, which honestly makes popping out for a coffee or going for a walk less of a hassle. At the same time, you still get those long peaceful views across the landscaping. I caught myself looking out over the balcony, watching the green spread out toward the edge of the skyline for quite a while.
Inside, the space is set up in a way that just makes sense for day to day life. There is an open plan kitchen looking right into the living and dining area. Sometimes kitchens in new apartments can feel a bit like a set in a magazine, but this one actually looks like a spot where you would want to cook something from scratch. The cabinetry is a fresh white which makes it feel extra clean and bright in the mornings. You kind of get that peaceful vibe if you stand there with a cup of coffee and watch the sunlight come in.
The living room itself is shaped in a way that gives you lots of options. You could easily have people over without feeling cramped or just curl up by yourself and still have space to breathe. And the best thing is, the good sized balcony is right there, so you can just open the door and let the air in. I can imagine a simple breakfast outside or some time in the evening after work just sitting out and listening to whatever birds are around. Sometimes you see families jogging or kids heading to the pool.
Both bedrooms sit on the right side of the apartment. It kind of separates them from the main living space, which actually gives that extra bit of quiet. Each bedroom comes with its own ensuite, and the master is a little sanctuary on its own with a built in wardrobe, a dressing nook and a full ensuite bathroom that feels like a personal retreat. I know a lot of people care about storage and honestly you will not be fighting for space here. The master closet swallows up everything somehow.
Plus, you get your own laundry room so no heading down the corridor with an armful of clothes. There is also a powder room near the entrance which is handy when guests pop in and you do not want that lived in feeling on display.
Living at Al Andalus means a lot more than just what is inside the apartment. I have wandered the trails here, and honestly it is easy to forget you are anywhere near city roads. The pool is the kind of place you can spend hours at, and even if you are not big on tennis you will see the courts actually in use by folks from the building most evenings. The golf courses are just a walk or two away and sometimes you see the golfers just heading out early in the morning.
Something people really like here is that there is always something going on but you do not feel crowded. There are sixteen lakes throughout the whole Jumeirah Golf Estates community. And with a new mall about to open, you will have a supermarket and dining just downstairs. You could honestly leave your car all weekend. Some evenings, I sit at Nassau restaurant with a coffee and just watch the sun go down.
The nice thing about being here is you still have easy access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Twenty five or thirty minutes in the car gets you just about everywhere in Dubai from Downtown to Marina.
You kind of have to see this two bedroom flat in Al Andalus to really get the feel of it. The price is fair at one million three hundred thousand AED considering the space and everything you get here. If you want to walk through with me or just talk things over, just let me know.
