The finish really does feel more Italian than some places—it is subtle and modern, not shouty. The colour palette is relaxed too, mostly soft light, easy on the eyes when the sun is bright outside.

At almost two thousand square feet, you get the luxury of space which makes it work for both full time living and as a Dubai holiday apartment. Honestly, you cannot always tell if you are on holiday or at home here. Maybe that is a good sign. The sound of the sea does not hurt either.
