The gym looks serious enough for people who are regulars and sometimes you spot a few folks in the exercise room or heading to the sauna. It is all right there, so you never really need to leave unless you want to. Plus, the groceries and coffee shops are only a short walk away—makes for easy mornings when you are running late or just want a change of pace.

Living at Vincitore Boulevard in Arjan keeps you close to Sheikh Zayed Road and everything you might need in Dubailand. It is maybe ten minutes or so to Mall of the Emirates if you are driving, and Miracle Garden is just around the corner so you get a bit of green in your life too. The area feels safe, a bit lively, still private and really easy to settle into if you are looking for a new start or just an upgrade.
