Some places feel like they want you to take your shoes off and stay a while. That is the best way I can start describing this three bedroom apartment at Paloma Tower in Marina Promenade. I still remember the first time I stepped inside. It is not about the square footage although there is plenty of that here. Honestly it is the way the light just pours in through those floor to ceiling windows and the moment you look out and see that beautiful full Marina view you catch yourself slowing down and just staring a bit. It does not feel rushed here. Some apartments in Dubai Marina feel like you are living above the city but this one is different. You really are right in the heart of everything but somehow it is peaceful in the apartment itself.

The open plan living space makes everything easy. There is this flow from the lounge area straight to the balcony. If you have a car you will find parking is covered which is helpful in the Dubai summer.

Sometimes you get spaces in the Marina that feel a little closed in but this one feels open. It is big over two thousand square feet so you really can stretch out. The thing I like most is the sense that you can be quiet and private at home but everything you want is nearby.
