People talk a lot about Emaar 6 Towers but honestly you kind of have to be here for a while to really understand what the buzz is about. When you enter this apartment you just get a feeling that makes you want to kick off your shoes and stay a little longer. Sunlight comes in all through the windows and I actually stood in the lounge for a bit just to look out at the golf course. It really is that peaceful. The balcony is not just for show either. You can step outside for morning coffee or just watch Dubai waking up. Even if you are not much of a golfer, you will probably find yourself watching the view a few times a day. It is that good.

Everything is kept up so well you kind of get the feeling the current owners really loved living here. It does feel move in ready, which I know is not always guaranteed.

Being inside Murjan Tower, you get access to some of the best facilities around Dubai Marina apartments. The lap pool is the kind of place you actually want to swim lengths in and you do see a few regulars in the early mornings. There is a well equipped gym too. I poked my head in and there were people working out but it did not feel crowded or stuffy, just easy to use. Outside there are barbecue grounds that get a bit lively on weekends. Sometimes you spot families gathered with that unmistakable barbecue smell drifting around and a few kids riding their bikes nearby.

Even the location does a lot of heavy lifting for you every day. Shops are close and the coffee shop downstairs always has someone chatting away or working on their laptop. JBR Beach is not far if you feel like some sand and sea. Actually it is just a short walk. Even if you are popping out later at night you will see people out and about but it never feels rushed or too busy.

It is easy to talk about Emaar 6 Towers or apartments for sale in Dubai Marina but this particular one just feels like a real home. With a decent built up area of around 1185 square feet you actually get space to breathe.
